Can gene sequences be ordered with mixed or degenerate bases?
No, IDT Genes and Mini Gene™ sequences cannot have mixed or degenerate bases. Gene and Mini Gene sequences may only be composed of A/C/G/T bases.
Gene sequences desired with multiple bases at the same position must be ordered as a wild type gene and the corresponding number of separate mutant genes.
