American Society of Gene and Cell Therapy 26th Annual Meeting

We are thrilled to announce our participation in the upcoming ASGCT 26th Annual Meeting, which will take place on May 16-20, at the Convention Center in downtown Los Angeles.

We’re also pleased to announce that R&D scientist Rolf Turk, PhD will be presenting a poster entitled “Large knock-In in primary T cells with optimized Cas9 HDR methods and design” which will provide insights into the optimization of homology-directed repair experiments in primary T cells.

Tech Talk

IDT’s Ashley Jacobi together with Tingting Li of SCIEX will talk about analytical challenges faced during manufacturing of synthetic guide RNAs, especially long gRNAs, and the establishment of an easy and fast purity analysis workflow using SCIEX’s PA 800 Plus System. Their tech talk is entitled “Purity analysis of long RNA oligos to support & investigate new CRISPR systems.”
